Checkout is handled securely through PayNow.gg. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Delivery is instant and automated once payment clears (typically within 1 to 5 minutes). If a rank or key hasn't applied after a few minutes, try rejoining the server. If it's still missing, reach out on our Discord support ticket system.
Seasonal ranks last for one server season. Permanent ranks are a one-time payment for lifetime access that never expires, even between new seasons or map resets.
Because ranks, crate keys, and perks are delivered digitally and consumed in-game immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you were charged in error, duplicate billed, or an issue occurred with your order, message our staff on Discord with your transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
Contact staff on Discord before upgrading to confirm available upgrade pricing or a voucher. Any discount must appear in your PayNow total before you pay.
Warden crate rewards are fully selectable in game: you choose your reward when opening a crate. There are no paid random-chance rewards. Other crate keys can be earned through gameplay and community events. Reward items are not listed on this website.
